The 2018 Local Artist Exhibition is conceived as a relay project aimed at encouraging the creative motivation of regional artists while providing a platform for exhibition opportunities. I become a cook while preparing breakfast in the morning. When a Facebook friend makes a political remark, I become a patriot worrying about the country. When I see an animal that has been killed on the road while driving, I become a veterinarian. When I see golden fields by the roadside, I reach out into the air with my hand and gently stroke them, becoming a farmer. When I encounter someone filled with anger, I become the one who absorbs that anger. My thoughts never remain in one place; more than a dozen times a day they drift without a center, carried by the wind from one direction to another.
